Appenzeller Kantonalbank

The cantonal bank of Appenzell Innerrhoden, offering accounts, mortgages and pension products with a cantonal state guarantee. Serves Switzerland's least populous canton, in the hill country around the town of Appenzell, known for dairy farming and textile heritage. Neighbouring Appenzell Ausserrhoden privatised its own cantonal bank decades ago, so this is the only cantonal bank left in the Appenzell region.
